Incorporating strength training into your regime will do more so much more than you realise to help you achieve your goals and I promise you, it will NOT bulk you up – it’s just not possible so I encourage you to try and incorporate a bit of strength work into your routine.

When researching post-natal fitness groups, ask the trainer what kind of exercises they do at their classes and find out if strength training is something they focus on.
Another idea is to use your bub as a baby weight. That way you can entertain your baby, spend some quality time with them and work on your own fitness at the same time.
