When are the classes on?
We recommend you start by booking in for a Get Started Session, they run on Monday’s at 10.15am. After you do your get started session you can jump into any of the following classes.
Monday: 9.15am – 10am
Tuesday Early: 6am – 6.45am (no babies)
Tuesday: 8.15am – 9am
Wednesday: 8.15am – 9am
Thursday Early: 6am – 6.45am (no babies)
Thursday: 9.15am – 10am & 10.15am – 11am
Friday: 8.15am – 9am
Saturday: 7am – 7.45am (boxing class, no babies)

Can I bring my baby to class?
Absolutely! That is what Pram Fitness is all about. There are so many options for your baby. We bring a playpen to every class, they can hang out in their pram, they can sit on your mat with you or our trainer can help out. We can also give you an exercise you can do while holding your baby if they are more happy in your arms.
Who is this Intro Offer for?
It’s for all Sydney mums who are looking to get fit, stay fit and create lasting positive change in their lives. This offer is only available to new members of Pram Fitness and only available online.
How old does my baby have to be to start?
As with any woman that has just given birth, we recommend that you and your baby wait for 6 weeks before starting any kind of exercise regime or 8-10 weeks if you have had a caesarean. Always get the ok from your doctor before starting. Babies, toddlers and young kids are all welcome to come along at any age once you have clearance to train.
I’m not very fit, i’m worried I won’t be able to keep up...
Don’t worry, we will look after you. We have plenty of options for all fitness levels and cater for mums experiencing post natal recovery issues such as abdominal separation, pelvic floor issues and lower back pain. We will always offer a low impact option for any high impact movements so you can always train to your own level.
What if i’m breastfeeding? Can I still exercise?
It’s very common. All of our exercises can be adapted for you if you are finding jumping or bouncing too uncomfortable. You are also welcome to pop in and out of the class at any time that you need to attend to your bub. We recommend that you feed your baby just before the session to help keep them happy and settled while you are working out.

Tuesday: 6.00am – no babies
Thursday: 6.00am – no babies
Saturday: 7am – boxing + no babies
